Welcome to Stowpeak. These Terms of Service apply when you browse or purchase from stowpeak.com.

In these Terms, “Stowpeak”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Stowpeak, trading as Stowpeak. “You” means the customer or website user.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

Stowpeak designs and sells 3D-printed storage solutions for power tools, batteries and workshop equipment.

Product photographs, dimensions, colours, materials and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Because products are individually 3D printed, minor visual variations in surface finish, texture or colour may occur. These variations do not affect the intended function of the product and are not defects.

Unless expressly stated, tools, batteries, chargers, mounting hardware and other accessories shown in product images are not included.

Compatibility and safe use

Each product page identifies the tool brands, models or systems with which a Stowpeak product is designed to be compatible. You are responsible for checking this information before purchase and for ensuring that the product is suitable for your intended application.

Stowpeak products must be installed and used only as described in the relevant product listing or instructions. Do not use a product if it is damaged, modified, incorrectly installed or used outside its stated purpose.

Stowpeak is an independent business. References to brands, tools or model names are made only to describe compatibility. Stowpeak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any third-party tool manufacturer or trademark owner.

Orders and availability

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline an order for reasonable reasons, including product availability, an error in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfil the order.

Some products may be made to order. Any stated production or dispatch timeframe is an estimate; we will contact you if a material delay arises.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We may change prices, product details or availability at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods offered on the website.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

You must provide an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the process for change-of-mind returns, faulty items and incorrect orders.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website—including the Stowpeak name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics and product files—is owned by or licensed to Stowpeak and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell or otherwise use Stowpeak content or product designs without our prior written consent.

Website use

You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation, security or other users.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stowpeak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of New South Wales, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
